I wrote this June 24, 2018 (thanks for the memory, Facebook). There are repetitive themes:
I am seeing “why.” It has to do with illusion in this dense dark matter that acts as a veil to another reality. In other words humans do not see the whole picture. We think we are ego. We are more than ego. We think externals make us happy. We are not happy when we accumulate external stuff. In fact, we want more and more thus depleting the planet that has sustained us.
Here’s a bigger picture: There are planes of reality that identify the energy spectrum from dense dark to subtle light. These planes are often referred to as the physical, astral and causal or etheric. Humans are lost in the in-between astral plane thinking darkness and feeling fear because we have not pierced the veil into light energy. We can change this limitation by going WITHIN and calling on light and light beings. This was my salvation because light saved my life twice. (I write about it in my book S/He Dragon ~ How I Found My Wings.)
Many humans do not need to do ego’s shadow work within themselves or the systems at play on Earth. Many of us do…it’s why we are here at this time. Follow your heart to the light and know where you can contribute your unique gifts of light. In so doing we create a beautiful clear and shining crystal on Earth, in the Solar System, Galaxy and beyond. Yes, you are that significant. Yes, your light makes a difference. Now, let’s get to work beyond the veil !!
Wednesday my nanny kids had a huge meltdown. It was a lot of work to get them to be happy again. I taught the little girl to breathe deeply so she could calm down. Yesterday my other nanny kids had meltdowns, one after the other, rather than at the same time. What was going on?
On the drive home from work I confronted the inner voice that stalks me about food cravings. I said, “No” and was hit by an immediate attack (backlash/whiplash) that came at me from the right side. It felt like the toxins sent by two-legged stalker/hacker. In the past he would attack my throat choking me. From this I learned mind over matter. My immediate response yesterday was to scream and scream some more at a high pitch. “Begone! Get thee hence, Satan,” were words I used in the past and yesterday they came around again in new form—screaming.
After that intense release I thought about humans not screaming and being “civilized.” I thought about indigenous peoples and their songs, dances and ceremonies. I remembered mom who became deaf as a child and had severe depression, being hospitalized and undergoing shock treatment. I then remembered her screaming. Our throat chakra is a valve for emotional release.
Life continues to change. I Am to be of service in more ways than nannying. I’m listening, watching and receiving direction on how to transform spiritual substance into financial substance in order to be of more service. This is a flow rather than a struggle.
What flows right now is Shamanism that is my Body—an integration of head and heart. If ceremony heals brain/body I want to offer ceremony. I’m NOW getting that my Life IS Ceremony!
I think I’ll slow down and let all this settle.
I do have a lot to learn from Shaman Alberto. Particularly interested in his reference to “spin” as it relates to this “green” wave that moves counterclockwise at the top of my head. (As in turning of metallic sword.) This green heart energy moves in association with other chakra waves and voila! — Rainbow Serpent on Earth! Now that is Ceremony!! — Crystal Beam moving as wave and particle. I wear this through my day of nannying. The coat of many colors. It’s quite a humbling experience Now.
Woke up to a grey cloud and mood so I’m focusing on the bright spots from yesterday: a walk through a field of green horsetails singing to me; a JD meditation that had frequency sounds of joy and “homecoming”; Alberto’s power animal journey gifting a garment of golden scales and an encounter with power animal, Rainbow Serpent.
And time with a friend who reflected Light so I could see some of my shadows. This reflection is a triangulation with Angelic Light at the apex—the Guiding Light for two plus two plus two (Noah’s ark!). All relationships have an Angel of Light—a beam of Light. And in this feminine flow/stream of consciousness is that Rainbow Serpent representing Light transformed as enlightened Matter.
This morning grey was met by that sword that enfolds me (an actual wave turning counter clockwise) into Green Fusion. Deep wave of Emotion rises. This cosmic force is omnipotent and omnipresent. I feel blessed to radiate and reflect it. I Am blessed to be transformed by it.
I circulate this energy around Gaia and beyond. I let the human emotions play out as I hold this green thread in a field of green Life.
I hit some debris fields yesterday that rocked this space ship, this matter. Personal highs and lows. I observe and integrate more Light of consciousness.
The father of my children gave them copies if his will yesterday. This morning I think I should visit him and have a conversation. He and I were high school sweethearts thinking sex was love. Those hormones have one purpose: to populate a planet. They are so successful that over population and its effects are destroying it. I want to have a conversation before he passes over.
To experience Love with a man without it triggering sex is new. Can warm affection replace hot fire? Can this edge be explored to find out? It can because I’m expressing it!
What is this self-sabotage that has me feeling clean and free and then caving in to sugar to feel just the opposite? Chemical, yes. I also go back to the “conspiracy theory” that some dark entity loves sugar especially when it’s wrapped in human flesh. Alchemy changes the pattern. I know my weak links—the places, situations and people that trigger this inner “demon.” Knowing thyself sets one free and that includes weak links of Shadow.
Light is the way. Staying conscious is the how. To express Love on Earth is the why. It’s a collective effort between Spirit, Emotion, Thought and Action—Super Conscious, Conscious, Sub-conscious and Unconscious. It’s a Herculean task but we’re here on Earth for this purpose: to heal oneself, our home planet and our neighborhood of planets and stars.
We are watched and supported near as in particle and far as in wave. I love this feeling of knowing healthy, living food—“robust” comes to mind—full and round rather than depleted. At the same time I love this feeling of being in relationship that has a coat of many angles or threads including sight, sound, shape, texture, temperature, taste and smell—“homeostasis” comes to mind with its bonding Velcro of FUSING seams.
Lately I’m seeing a multi-sided sword that turns in Light of Sun. This “Super Ray is the Heart-Mind of the Universe” (channeled as in coming in from a specific angle). It turns and a new angle is in play. It turns again with different angle. This is how we experience multi-dimensions. This is how we shape shift from dense matter to subtle energies. I see the sword as metallic but when I look deeper I see it as a crystal beam of One Light and many colors (like that coat of many threads, colors). String theory comes to mind. I don’t digest theory—it jams my wires.
Definitely new territory. Definitely New Earth.
I love the tone and texture of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s June blog/article Awakening the Courageous Heart about the transformation of men in his community. It deserves wide circulation. A similar article could be written for women. Women who are stuck in survival centers thinking a man will make them whole and happy in the same way they think about having babies. Giving birth has a wide spectrum of creativity from poetry, music, dance, cooking—even cleaning house! When we rise up from the survival centers new creativity is born. This stimulation has an enlivening effect—thriving rather than surviving.

Mercury is a metallic chemical element identified by the symbol Hg on the periodic table. It is silver in color and, unlike other metals, is liquid at room temperature. The ancient name for mercury was quicksilver, meaning “living” silver. Ore containing gold or silver would be crushed and treated with mercury, which rejects impurities, to form a mercury alloy, called an amalgam. When the amalgam is heated, the mercury vaporizes, leaving pure gold or silver.

One Angle of Logic
Up close and personal includes personality. Personality is color. Color is refracted Light. Angular. Some angles of Light are more lit up than others. Why gold? Why silver? Alchemical. Turning water to wine? Matter is rock until penetrated by Light. Light en-forms Crystal. Crystal is pregnant with impending birth. Clinging today. Why? Like Velcro. How does that work? More alchemy?
She wants to “market” our WM group. I say it’s not about numbers. Others are less direct. I want to retract my words to fit in. Bridges. Not borders.
