A Third Eye Formula

I woke up (after nearly 12 hours of sleep) with a formula though I’m not sure what it is. Maybe it will emerge as I write/process the night’s events.

Went through an emotional cycle. Energy shifted. I disengaged, shifted gears. I think this is the regular pattern of my creative cycle. (formula?)

Went to bed at 7:00 PM. Had an interesting dream. Recently I was thinking about leaving this realm. In this dream I did so. I stepped out of worldly drama by going over a large, solid white cliff. I hung by one arm/hand (like in a cartoon) for a minute considering what I was doing and was clear about letting go. I fell, lifted and flew in a circle. One by one (except Leah and Jim were together) I saw members of my blood family and told them I loved them. It was more about recognition than emotion. (which reminds me that I don’t get emotional about disease or people dying—living is what moves me emotionally)

Waking up I saw a quick glimpse (at the speed of light) of a part of Earth from outer space. It was a downward view from center that moved through a circular revolution of mirror like lines. A zooming in and zooming out at the same time! A radar scope? In Dreamtime I noted the direction of the circular motion but now I don’t have that information. I think it was counter clockwise. Is this negative space? It was an important distinction. (formula?)

My brain is getting a work out. After years of mystical seeing, nannying and being mostly in negative space I am now publishing a book and with that the task of managing more left brained details. It’s work from many angles. Work that I can’t walk away from because it’s why I came to Earth. If I apply my dream “formula” to this realm it’s simply to let go from a white cliff, fly and appreciate those around me. (formula?)
