Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation. Did I find this meditation this morning or did it find me? Perhaps we met in the electromagnetic middle. I notice that golden substance moving through and make mental note that white Light in Space becomes Golden in Earth. A good standard for daily living of all my centers. Two outreaching arms are holding a box or book. I make a mental note. Since the sleeves are kimono like I acknowledge my teacher. Did he offer his name? Meditation words complement my golden experience. I make mental note. My head reverberates Truth as energy flows from one frequency to another. Toward end I see half of Serpent face and make mental note. Then as liquid substance moves my body into slumping position I am coiling as snake. When I lift up I uncoil. Another mental note. Mental notes connect the dots/parts with Golden threads.
Being still in meditation is just that: stillness. When my head moves/pivots on my neck socket in response to moving currents (music of the spheres) it feels/looks like mercurial quicksilver — mystical and alchemical. If this is moving in my systems it’s also moving in Earth’s systems. Lately I know the effect of this elixir Shekinah as a carefree spirit. The more empty/negative space I have in my day the more luxurious I feel. No more back to back appointments or meetings. No more 10+ hours a day being on my feet! I have my injured knee to thank for this new s l o w e r paced experience. What effect does this elixir have on Earth’s systems? Just ask the Little People and dancing photons of Light that charge matter into life with celebration! Are we the walking dead on a dead planet or are we alive with/in enchantment? What are the signs to watch for?

Looking out the eyes of an elderly Asian (Chinese or Japanese?) man was similar to looking out the eyes of Dragon many years ago. Is he associated with Dragon clan? No doubt !! Some images that sort of resemble my meditation friend.
7/10. GOLOV As head tilted back naturally in response to meditation there was a new sensation of head, neck, body “pivoting” into place. Like the “ball of foot” (as a door of energy in Qigong) is there a “ball of neck” and is this the atlas? The image shows that when the head is tilted back the cerebellum is aligned. This is the door or “socket”for cerebral spinal fluid.

Male voice singing in I Am Bliss makes me feel charged as in happy, appreciative. It’s sensual without being sexual. His voice represents Male and I like tuning in to that connection.
Felt like I was wearing a skull cap. Head + Body = Intelligence. Then ! I am looking out the eyes of an old man with white beard (seen in meditation before). Then he looks in. Mirror image, mirror seeing. Looking for the term: splicing, split, fracture, splinter. Maybe split realities.
Went to George’s Breathing Meditation but it was not the same vibe as my brain/body and I had to leave. A good lesson!
7:50 am. My car’s steering wheel won’t turn. I muscle it out onto the road. Do I take it to the auto mechanic or go to work? I drive to work doing energy work on my car and calling in my Angelic support team. 3:30 after work I stop by the closest auto mechanic and learn the Serpentine belt came off or broke off and that I shouldn’t drive the car due to overheating. They can work on it “next Thursday.” I drive to my auto mechanic 8 miles away stopping twice to support the engine, doing energy work on my car and talking to it! I had to forget about GOLOV at 4:00 so my goal was to be home at 5:30 for my Coherent Healing session. A friend rescued me and I was home at 5:00. I wasn’t flustered at all. I was simply going through the motions to get to my goal. I was focused. 5:30 and I was immediately “caught” in the loving net of Coherent Healing. The “pinned” sensation at my head/brain was remarkable. What was I pinned to or on or in? The Field of Love as the Electromagnetic force of love was focused at me (and three others). I was anchored! In this zone I felt a release in my knee at the area that was blocked and an emotional memory of grief that moved out as a liquid toxin. This exquisite experience was a tune up of my Serpentine belt! The power of Love 💝💝 is a gift that keeps giving.
7/9 The serpentine belt tensioner was removed and replaced. My “Blue Ray Dragon” auto body and my own physical body seem to have something in common. Tension build up, release and renewal! I had the most divine massage yesterday . Driving home and singing I felt renewed — like a teenager, I thought. Actually this feeling is not historical! It’s a new pattern of contentment, a new cycle of stillness. I’m having fun Being in the moment with ongoing corrections: “who is this person” and “where did that come from” showing me there is room for more love and logic. And at the same time receiving mystical revelations.
It’s fun to be in flow of Love — intelligence. Reminds me: In the middle of the night I wondered the difference between “I love you” and “I’m in love with you.” The former is spiritual, the latter requires common ground. And so I say to Mother Goddess Gaia: “I Love You” as I walk with new bounce in my steps — and a new serpentine belt.
I’m on a quest to unravel the mystery around my restricted watery knee. Thanks to Beetle / Scarab I go back in time and read when God Was A Woman by Merlin Stone. I read that Goddess statues sometimes had “a serpent coiled about her neck.” That fits a dream I had many years ago. What next? Another Goddess plaque has “a serpent coiled around the lower half of the body.” 1600 BC

I can wrap around Serpent Goddess healing my knee—like snake shedding it’s skin.
7/6. The grief in my knee goes back to Egypt. Serpent heals by extracting venom.
I am connecting the time between this June 12 blog entry and July 4 when Scarab brought its messages. I zoom in on the recent Arcturian visions of alignment. So, I will ask for more information today in meditation and Thursday in trance session.
June 12 blog entry:
Had a dream before meditation about a large brown/orange beetle bug. I feel it’s weight as someone nearby sees it. I pick it up with a short stick and carry it carefully to an open window. It now has a bubble around it. Again and again I pick up the beetle and approach the window to release it. Again and again my ability/timing is off. Then someone assists by holding the window open as I carefully approach it and with balanced focus put the bug through the window frame for release. I watch it sail away intact in its bubble. “Through the window frame” was the goal to success. I had to get through this veil. Reminds me of the latitudinal and longitudinal lines that come into play on Earth. A “lining up” is essential and now occurring.
My friend’s parents were unable to go into trance in order to do Past Life Regression. Imagination’s (Third Eye Imaging) window did not open though they meditate daily. Beta brainwave is not the same experience as alpha or theta. They wanted me to tell them what I saw so I looked and images did come through so I gave them that pictorial information. At the end of our sessions I noticed a large beetle on the window screen. I recognized it from a previous meditation: Scarab! I excitedly spoke to it and took pictures.
“Highly revered in ancient Egypt, the scarab was a sacred symbol of immortality, resurrection, and transformation. … This means scarab beetle totem is a powerful ally for creation and metamorphosis in your life.”
Just noticed one leg is not aligned. I will ask my friend if it’s that way again today. My leg/knee is relating.
I have thought that I need an external shamanic healer to assist with my knee. I keep getting that I am that healer. Today I have intention regress to Egypt and heal that time/space. In this lifetime I’ve had no interest in Egypt and those Gods and Goddesses—my brain wiring doesn’t remember who is who. Same with India. My wiring meets and greets them as they come through my time/space window holographically. I am doing a trance session with Mary on Thursday and will ask questions about recent meditation downloads—and this beautiful beetle messenger.
Drum Circle & Qigong was a gift in that I’ve never before received/felt so much love from people. As people introduced themselves old and new friends thanked me. One woman commented how “comfortable” she felt in the circle. Her eye shine was touching! I notice that I seek out those in the circle who have something to contribute the next time. I like supporting them and inviting them to lead. It builds community.
I notice my rough edges and see how I can be more sensitive in a group of people. Those edges have to do with too much fire. If I “lean in” with others I will be more harmonious. I see myself leaping out like a fiery flame. Pull it in, Trish. Ha! I hear that this is learning to be intelligent. It’s so fun to be spontaneous and free. Logic has its own measured order that I continue to learn.
Qigong is the perfect dance for lifting and grounding energy. For balance! Walking barefoot in natural grass that touched my shins was divine. This bliss added to the earlier meditation bliss. What a blessed day!
My knee is doing something new. I can walk on it okay but at night trying to sleep it is not happy. I’m curious as to why and think about seeing the orthopedic surgeon to get answers and pictures. Reading about knee pain I conclude it’s torn ligaments. I have a remote Coherence Healing on Tuesday. I am working with something in my brain that meets the pain/pressure. That “something” sends energy like a hose. Light beam? Energy beam? And I’m sifting thoughts like a dream catcher. Catching the old negative and reinforcing the new. I’m grateful to be able to walk and have a couple days off to increase meditations and focus energy on my new future self.
I moved a blue box on the right of mind’s eye to center. I have been a receptor of Light. Now I become, in this alignment, a transmitter of Light. I move matter rather than being moved by matter.

I Am Bliss song. masters move in a wave traveling through time. Heart of the Universe. To be emotional is to be expressive, animated from ground up. Angels sing on rays of Light. See firmament—ground!! A cycle of Creation. Pulsar wave. Infusion. Devotion is common ground.
I used to say this prayer as a child. It gave me comfort. My GOLOV ended with this prayer rising up into consciousness and with it a wave ~~~
