Getting hints of new wires connecting dots !! I am remembering data and thinking !! Giving KUDOS to my brain. Seems like a “map” is rising reminding me of the “firmament” that Emissaries used to talk about—dry land !!

In biblical cosmology, the firmament is the vast solid dome created by God on the second day to divide the primal sea (called tehom) into upper and lower portions so that the dry land could appear.

And God called the dry land, the Earth; and the gathering together of the waters, called He the seas, etc”, and later God said (verse 14), “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven.”

As I was waking up and contemplating the new grounded me I saw the image of a tape scanning between two spools. I knew it was telling me that an old tape was being erased and replaced with new data. Does “spools” refer to the brain, the conscious and subconscious, or levels of Creation?Life is a Creation Story because life is conscious!!

The following email from friend and colleague Mary represents a recent “New Earth” shift within and around me. It’s a kaleidoscopic turning of color and design and has to do with responsive connection (feedback loops) in this visible realm of matter. Mary and I met recently to plan classes. She contributed the structure of a detailed outline and I assisted in filling it in. We were stuck on the name for our new cycle of teamwork. We had worked together a couple years ago when we were active with the UFOITEAM (which ended due to male ego) doing hypnotherapy sessions. Mary hypnotized me and in trance I received images and messages in response to questions—sometimes from the audience. It was limiting when the UFOLOGY audience was more interested in the “nuts and bolts” than in spirituality. We will explore hypnotherapy sessions again as I want to know if the Masters that come through in meditation want to speak. Mary says that would be channeling. So would they want to speak individually or collectively? No doubt their wisdom is part of any spiritual path. And now the Indian Gods/Goddesses come into mind’s eye to be re-membered. Such a line up over the years! Creative process is organic and unfolds spontaneously: Abracadabra of alchemy now called quantum physics. Here’s that email:

Hi Trish,
I had an epiphany this morning and I had to drop what I was doing and get this down. For whatever reason, I started thinking about a woman I used to know named Solana. I met her years ago. She was very involved in all things spiritual, even built a walking Mandala on her property. A couple of years ago I gave her a call and she was completely changed. Had gone through some personal hardships and she was a shell of her former self. That made me think of other very spiritual people I have known over the years and how they were at some point unable to cope well with our everyday reality. It’s all about balance. Being spiritual and also being grounded. Without that grounding we are less able to serve others and our planet. Now I get your “Grounded Spirituality” name for the group. But I still want something that says a bit more. What do you think of “Grounded Spirituality – Accessing our inner empowerment”

Let me know your thoughts, or if you want to change the second half. I just want something added that suggests we will be doing work that will empower us to grow, to heal, to provide healing. Thanks and have a great day. Back to getting ready for work!

GOLOV 5/18 was creative in that I was given a specific “homework” assignment (thanks to spiritual meditative guidance that is always healing) to create a Drum Circle. I start pulling pieces together to fill this space and continue to receive support from invisible realms. Waking up this morning I see sage smoke for cleansing space and my plant medicine song starts singing me! What is this brain circuitry that feeds me data for creative purpose and yet it does not feed me data for practical purposes. It’s a different system of re-member-ing.

For many years I’ve poured energy into long distant relationships that set creative space for inner work. It was grounding in invisible realms. Now, new substance calls for grounding in this visible realm. Creation begins with open space and fills in organically, easily. And this includes reaching out to people in order to co-create. My drum circle is just that—a circle— where those who attend have something to contribute. Grounding in circle we create a dynamic force field of loving intention.

Go Transfigure!!  Seems I have a new circuit board in my head. (This was spontaneously heard and written in my new online shamanic community.) Knowing this helps me wrap around the challenges I have in functioning in this reality zone. Shame and embarrassment have been a big part of my past life personality. I continue to shed that skin. Living a simple life Here Now is the expression of this circuit board. I doubt there is an image of this new brain. Listening, scanning for information I get “labyrinth.”

There is much ignorance about death. Years ago when Angel Michael touched me with Light I was no longer afraid of death—it was an instantaneous instinctual knowing. The death of a loved one is time to celebrate that life, that spirit. Human emotions drag it down in karma. Loving emotions set everyone free. I feel this needs to be said in healing groups. Yes, those groups that put time and energy into healing a life. That outcome is not our business. Our business is to support that person’s journey by emitting unconditional Love. Are humans ready for emotions that are outside “attachment” to externals? I’m going to express this U-Love and witness the results.

Thank you, Sandra for grounding Spiritual Light on Earth.

At age 25 Angel Michael touched me in a meditation with Light. A couple years later a Kundalini snap at the back of my neck left me paralyzed for three days. My response was to be alone (in Oxford, England) and focus on White Light at the Third Eye. Light saved my life twice thus, it’s a personal relationship. Now, at age 72, I begin a new relationship as Light in my brain asks for less input and more output. I can no longer meditate daily—I need to “transfigure” ❣️❣️ What perfect timing for this word to come into my consciousness as today I join a group to cut huge ivy vines that are choking trees along our river trail and as I meet with a friend to design talks we will offer on inner awareness/healing/transfiguration! And what perfect timing it has been to connect with Sandra who, without knowing me, agreed to write the foreword for my book (in 2015)
S/He Dragon ~ How I Found My Wings. The heart connection I felt for Sandra then comes around full circle now❣️ Who designs these rhythmic cycles? What loving intelligence holds us as we learn unconditional love within ourselves and with others?

My recent Serpent encounters and these shamanic journeys have changed my brain (along with meditations that activate the Pineal gland/crown chakra.) There is new pressure that I am calling “white noise.” It is sensitive to incoming pressures. I noticed that I had difficulty listening to the “jingling” of bells in this class. It was too many parts sounding when one or two are enough (for me). I see/understand this pressure as Light and thus, I continue living a simple life as a student of Light. A new brainwave guides me as Rainbow Serpent gets my attention and speaks, “I Am Light reflected on Earth.”

Intense Love moving in GOLOV today. In meditation its current pushes my head backward some but mostly forward. I am like a rag doll being pushed by Spiritual Light and spinal fluid. At one point body folded forward at the waist and I was at rest! No more being pushed around. That is very significant! Why N/S wave and E/W particle?

Light of Love moves through matter with increasing/expanding vibrational frequency. I need coordinates for balance. Maybe I’ll see myself in an E/S/W/N circle. If I use the wave / particle coordinates I see myself upright with dimension around me. How to function in this field? It’s all new !!

Denver Week Long Meditation Retreat is inviting. I love Colorado Mountains and back in time the John Denver Windstar Symposiums. What about Niagara Falls? Funny — I get the sensation of brakes if I wait until Fall. I have a few days to decide. Not sure how my brain is going to handle all the stimulation but I am comfortable finding solitude if I need it. Maybe the Colorado Mountains with their own Dragon Energy can help me find coordinates. Feels grounding !!

Circulation of energy, of vitality, includes grounding. Brain to feet expression. This morning I am able to do Tree pose. My knee has healed a lot! Balance returns !! It’s so nice to feel in one piece rather than scattered in pieces. And the pieces are new — of the New Earth.

If Omega is the Unknown I’m there. Feels like that chrysalis. Top of head cracked open. Emotionless. Tumbling through space. Head over heals. Emotionless. Headache. How to “equalize”? How to manage the new pressure? Wings, Flight, is the response.

I feel the support of Earth. I am supported by Earth, in Earth. Thank you. Ahh! A ping of emotion!

Omega = all things are made new—from the unknown, from mush.
