3/20/2021 GOLOV Meditation

Turtle joined us. Turtle Island and Spring time. Deep meditation. Band of mystical colors/designs.

In water. Round opening above. I am at the right (East) trying to climb up the ledge. Why is this so funny? Where do these images come from? Then Turtle swims up past the ledge—makes sense !!

I am looking down at astronaut boots. I wear Astro suit and round transparent head gear. I am looking down on colorful skirt, white blouse, dark hair. Past lives? Future lives? Or NOW moment?

Are these images in subconscious and replaying in meditation? I can associate turtle with a recent FB image and the water, opening and ledge with a survival story I read. Is it emotional energy in subconscious that comes up with images in meditation?

Must be time to get out of the water and into open air of upper consciousness. I recently saw that I could shift lens. Time for a shift?

3/16 GOLOV Meditation

1st song: When bending my head back with chin up and Third Eye aligned with torso rays/radiation moved out from neck as if I was wearing a large lined collar. The neck, in my experience birthing Dragon, is associated with heart honoring honesty and Truth. Solemn was my mood/energy.

2nd song I Am Bliss: Jesus came in at right shoulder wearing sandals and white robe. I inquire about his visit. I walk with him. We sit at boulder. He is showing me writings, scrolls. I look at his face wondering if it is Jesus. Yes.

2nd session, 1st song: Ribbons of sound frequency wave through skyscape. Native American comes into view with buckskin representing landscape.

2nd song, I Am Bliss: l take the hand of my mystical friend. Hand in hand we are baptized with water at the back of our necks !! The neck is the gateway between head and body.

A friend in GOLOV meditation group stopped by on her way through town last night. She is skilled at body work and offered alignment. I learned that I have a flexible spine but my ankles/feet are locked. She also “called me out” on some language I was using. Wow, I have blind spots! It was very helpful to hear feedback. This led to visions of feet and ankles in tar-like substance. Then there were strands of tar trapping my feet. My knee feels much relief today—healing of Earth continues.

3/13 GOLOV Meditation

First song—Red/yellow Chinese dragon comes in from the right/East. With lyrics “rise up” Dragon, now white, blasts up spinal core. Slows down, squeezing up throat/neck into head. Now spinning/revolving. Ridding cobwebs. (Comical to me.) Rests at top center of head. Smiles. Two eyes see above my eyes. Get a twinge at left shoulder and right knee. Dragon revolves at top of head counter clockwise. Vortex Dragon—as Receptor with plugs and wires in system. My head does it’s OO infinity designed rhythmic dance. Dragon likes this neck/head dance. One Dragon Eye enlarged seeing into this world. Neck creaks—adjusting. Very light-hearted, joyful meditation.

2nd session: I see Chinese meridian charts . I know these from Acupuncture. “Rise to knowing of who you are” song lyrics play. Now see oEye of Needle image. See buzz saw cutting meridian cords, maybe lines. Blood. I ask about red blood cells. Curious.

Coiled Serpent is still. Turns into Dragon when activated. I open eyes during meditation. I see through serpent eyes.

Toward end of DJD meditation my right hand lifts to track energy. Fingers open to let something through—baby Dragons!! They are on a mission to find their “match.” They keep streaming forth. I’ve said in the past: Light Body is Dragon Body.

After meditation I look at the lamp across the room. A small white Dragon is hovering. I brought home a Nature Spirit once, now it’s a Dragon. As I give it my attention it is no longer small. I have a companion !! This will be Fun !!

Chinese Dragon did not have wings. White Dragon has wings.

Dawn awakening with gears in place. Spontaneous alignment. Natural order and design. Gears working in fluidity. Belt tight. No slippage. Tight teamwork. Durable. Lasting. One engine and vehicle. Fir and cedar standing tall, roots engaged underground.

Lines intersecting. Knitting nerve, muscle, bone. Healing body.

Woke up 4:00 am thinking about this physical body and traction. How are gears related to traction? Some definitions include railroad tracks and railroad and I immediately associate that with the chakra system.

“The term “gains traction” is used in a figurative sense to describe something which has now reached the point of motion. For example, a project in the planning stage may not actually achieve anything tangible, but once the project plan is put into action, the project may be said to have “gained traction“.

The Pineal Gland Meditation brings new revelation. This gland is a “space craft” in which I fly. Consciousness is flight once off the ground and moving. Conscious Love transfuses matter.

As I looked at images for traction gears I saw belt reminding me of the connector thread. Maybe I will explore that after nanny work — love made visible.

As I get up from sitting for two hours I naturally stretch with arms overhead. I do this during GOLOV meditations. It simply feels good. It’s inward contraction shifting to outward expansion.
S T R E T C H !!

3/9 GOLOV Meditation

I was in trance for a time. In this deep space Arcturians were present and healing my body with a scanning device. At first I thought I was on a moving table going into a tube but no, the scanner was moving back and forth over me. Colored lights streaming at me—blues and greens. Soothing.

This body needs support. Like a yanking at the ankles. Friend says that’s called traction and she knows a doc. It’s a day at a time. Interesting that certain symptoms move through certain times of day. It makes me suspicious of outside forces (dark sorcery). I’m an observer—not a victim.

Dad appeared in mind’s eye when I awoke. Very unusual. His face and presence brought up memories of camps that he built in the woods for us kids—oh yeah, the teeter totter! I smile now. He smiles. My heart quakes. Tears run. Our playful interaction in childhood ended in adolescence. He didn’t know how to communicate feelings or relate to his four girls. His communication revolved around doing not being. What he did—not who he was from within.

Since my change in diet old physical wounds are surfacing as if talking to me. At thumb, elbow, knee—all on right side of body and joint related. Is the right side of body masculine energetically? Have I been holding emotional wounds in joints? Have they been holding me?

Relationship with men had been a thread in my life that entangled me. Now I get to untangle what has been buried in Earth. Bingo! There’s the South I had asked about. My body-mind-heart will guide me in this healing. It’s a holistic process now because Consciousness moves S/E/N/W. I track the Songlines.

3/7 Project Global Coherence Meditation

I sometimes interrupt people when they are speaking. I know it’s rude and I’ve been aware of this pattern for years. I sum it up as too much fire, enthusiasm, emotion that is rising up in me in the moment. I love releasing this fire via words but I need to be balanced in this world with people. How to balance fire? I am seeing a teeter-totter with fire in the middle. My dad made us kids a four seat teeter-totter. Dad was very industrious but never talked about his feelings (nor did mom) which had a huge effect on me and one reason I wrote my book. Body with its logic and emotion needs to be balanced in its expression.

Dancing before meditation. Fun, moving to music and images. Turtle rattle joined in. Happy dance! Knee much better. Thank you, knee! Beautiful meditation. I didn’t write anything down and those details have evaporated. I attuned to DJ voice and field. Earth balances fire. Fire balances Earth. Water and Air add chemical balance in the system.

3/4 GOLOV Meditation

I kept seeing a W/N/E arc with me in lotus position and radiating from center North. North/cold turned South/hot in a letting go creative process—full circle W/N/E/S !!

3/6 GOLOV Meditation

Song Fall On Me, very emotional. My green plants reached out to me—or was I reaching out to them? —making me more emotional. (I had just watched a YouTube video about the Rainforest.) Communion is emotional.

In the meditation two hands came in horizontally (West and East) and I drew another W/N/E arc. Hands touching. I hear Dr. Joe’s words: “That’s your love you’re giving them. Feel it. That’s energy in your heart.” (Lucid neck/body dances with Light.)

Second session Fall On Me song brought a downpour of rays in V design. My arms like this V position to give and receive energy similar to raising or using right hand. (Thought just now: Do chakras line up in V formation as in X? Drawing that N/S line looks like serpent.)

Another downpour of Light rays. Then the rays change to wavy N/S cords that sweep over Earth. The cords are frequency patterns. Serpent comes in and all around—global Kundalini. Then my body presses into Serpent—N/S oneness—then two bodies wind as Serpents. Kundalini power of LOVE.
